    this website is operated by Cherokee County, which owns cherokeega.com, co.cherokee.ga.us and cherokeega-ema.org websites. This 'Terms of Usage Agreement' ("Agreement") informs visitors of the rules and policies that govern this website. We use the general term "visitors" to include both registered members of our website and any other person that accesses the website at any point for any amount of time, whether via the homepage or the website's internal pages, unless designated otherwise. Visitors are expected to follow any posted guidelines or rules. We may update this Agreement from time to time without notice and will post all changes prominently.
