Description: Enjoy your Fall Break with fun-filled outdoor activities! Camp activities tentatively will include team-building/tree climbing, hiking/archery, kayaking, ropes course, and fishing. All equipment is included. Please bring lunch, snacks, and drinks daily.

Description: Splish Splash Spring Break Camp at the Aquatic Center gives campers plenty of pool time, crafting opportunities, movies, and even swimming lessons. This camp is open to all children from five to thirteen years of age.

Description: What’s a Wibit? It’s a floating playground that turns a regular pool into an exciting adventure. Swimmers must be able to pass an unassisted twenty-five-yard swim test. Children under the age of fourteen must have a paid adult guardian on the pool deck.

Cherokee Fire and Emergency Services Education Department is pleased to offer Fire Safety for Caregivers Courses every other month free of charge.

This is a required course by the Insurance & Safety Fire Commissioner’s Office for all caregivers in the following facilities:

•          Day Care Centers
•          Group Day Care Homes
•          Group I-1 and Group I-4 assisted living communities, assisted living facilities, community living arrangements, memory care units, personal care homes and residential board and care homes

(Administrators, Directors, Operators and Staff)

The certification is recorded on the State level and is good for 3 years.

Due to COVID19 social distancing requirements we are keeping class sizes small. Please arrive on time.  Please contact our office within 48 hours if you will be unable to attend.  All No-shows will be charged $25.
