American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED Class

The cost for this class is $25 which is non-refundable and does include the required book

American Heart Association Heartsaver®
First Aid CPR AED is a classroom-taught, video-based course with a certified instructor. The course teaches students critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage a first aid or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive. Content also includes how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, choking, and other first aid emergencies, as well as perform CPR and use an AED. Participants over the age of 14 will receive a card upon meeting all of the testing requirements and completing the class. The American Heart Association First Aid CPR AED card will be good for two years from the date of completion of the course.

Please arrive on time for class.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will need to come to another class.  Wear comfortable clothing as the class will require participants to kneel on the floor.  You may want to bring a jacket as the classroom is sometimes cold. You are welcome to bring a drink and snack.  We will take a 30-minute break for lunch and breaks throughout the day.
