2020 BOC Planning Retreat

The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners will hold a retreat at Barnsley Gardens in Adairsville on Thursday January 16 to Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Godfrey Cottage. Visitors will be directed by gate attendees to meeting location. (Sessions will take place at the Saylor Hall Conference Room #1).

The sessions are open to the public as follows: Thursday, 1/16 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and Friday, 1/17 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Topics of discussion will include, but are not limited to, Review of 2019 and Outlook of 2020, Employee Compensation & Benefits, the County’s Long-Term Financial Plan, and the County’s Strategic Plan.
