Clerk of Courts

Magistrate E-File

Patty Baker, Clerk of Courts and James Drane, Chief Magistrate Judge, are pleased to announce the launch of a new e-file system.  We still have forms available, you can also scan or upload or documents.  Currently we are accepting two case types through the e-file Portal, they are Statement of Claim and Dispossessories Cases. If you do NOT have access to a computer terminal, there is an efile kiosk on the first floor of the Frank C. Mills III Justice Center in the Magistrate Court Clerk's office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
