The Mission Statement of the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court is to protect the public safety, and reduce the criminal recidivism rate of repeat DUI offenders through an integrated approach that involves court supervision, substance abuse treatment services, and personal accountability, resulting in positive and long lasting life changes.
Welcome to the DUI/Drug Court website. This website is intended for participant's who are currently in the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court Program or the Cherokee County Misdemeanor Drug Court Program. **ATTENTION: DUI/Drug Court has posted a COVID-19 Operating protocol for DUI Court and Misd. Drug Court, located under "Forms and Documents." PLEASE READ THIS PROTOCOL! The Courthouse, lab, and probation are still OPEN to the public. If you are participant in the program and experience any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact the office immediately at (678) 493-6450.
DUI Court Participants: Participants will be attending DUI Court on Thursday, April 2, 2020 via teleconference. An e-mail will be sent out on April 1st from the DUI Court office with instructions.
*NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2017 the DUI Court office will no longer accept cash payments. We will accept money orders and credit/debit card payments with an added fee of 4.95%.
