The Mission Statement of the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court is to protect the public safety, and reduce the criminal recidivism rate of repeat DUI offenders through an integrated approach that involves court supervision, substance abuse treatment services, and personal accountability, resulting in positive and long lasting life changes.
Welcome to the DUI/Drug Court website. This website is intended for participant's who are currently in the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court Program or the Cherokee County Misdemeanor Drug Court Program. There are links to important documents you may need while in the program as well as contact information for the Team Members. Please check back for important updates and announcements. DUI Court will be on November 14, 2019 and November 21, 2019. Phase V Participants are excused from the November 21st court date.
Misdemeanor Drug Court will be on November 12, 2019 and November 19, 2019. All phases must attend every court date.
DUI/Drug Court office will be closed on November 11, 2019, November 28, 2019, and November 29, 2019.
*NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2017 the DUI Court office will no longer accept cash payments. We will accept money orders and credit/debit card payments with an added fee of 4.95%.
