Send the referral to the ADA assigned the case and the ADA will send the incident report and complaint to the Drug Court Coordinator and the Delinquency Program Manager for review.

Once deemed appropriate by the Drug Court Coordinator, the incident report, referral paperwork and other supporting documents will be sent to the Attorney of the Term to contact the parent/guardian of the child.

If accepted, the parent/guardian will pay the education track fee, the child and parent/guardian will attend the class and the case will be dismissed.  All of the completed paperwork will then be sent to the Attorney of the Term and the parent/guardian and filed with the Court.
