Zoning Maps - are maintained from submitted site plans as re-zonings are approved by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners. These maps have tax map and parcel information with the appropriate zoning designations overlayed. Also city boundaries are updated on these maps from annexation information received from cities.

Road Maintenance Maps - are maintained from recorded subdivision plats, commission approved resolutions and information received from the Roads and Bridges department. These maps are used primarily by the Roads and Bridges and the Engineering department.

Specialty Maps - The mapping departments also produces various specialty drawings as requested by commissioners, the county manager and other departments.
