Adult Inventory and Asset Management PlanUnless relieved by the Court, each conservator of an adult ward is required to annually file an Inventory and Asset Management Plan.
Annual and Final Return FormUnless relieved by the Court, an annual/final return is required to be filed in all estate and conservatorship cases.
Application to fie Will Not for ProbateThis form is used to file a Will for record only after someone passes away. It does NOT appoint a personal representative of the estate.
Duties of the Probate CourtBecause of how they were created over time, probate courts in Georgia have original jurisdiction over a number of issues, from the routine to the unusual. This brochure sets out some of the proceedings that occur in the probate courts of this state.
Estate InventoryUnless relieved by the Court, personal representatives of an estate are required to annually file an Inventory of the estate within six months of their appointment.
Filing a Claim Against an EstateThe brochure gives basic information about the process of making a claim against an estate. Creditors are encouraged to seek legal advice for any questions related to their claims.

Heirs Determination WorksheetThis worksheet is required to be completed for ALL estate cases. It helps one determine who the heirs are of a decedent.
Layman's Checklist for a WillAlmost every adult should have a Will and this brochure sets out some of the things a person should consider in making a Will. The Court very strongly encourages anyone who is considering making a Will to consult with an attorney.
